THE DREAMS

In this entry I wanted to talk about a theme that affects us all: dreams. Not the wishes we want but the dreams of when we sleep.
Have you stopped to think that our dreams have meanings? What can some reality become?
So we'll talk about the types and the most common.

The dreams not only are needed for the body, it is also important for the brain. While nobody knows exactly what makes the brain work during sleep. Classify and store information, reconstruct chemicals and solves problems during sleep.

There are 4 types:

The lucid ones: Are dreams that can be controlled. It occurs when the individual is aware that it is dreaming.

The premonitory: Are visions that we have in the dreams of future events

The Nightmares: It's when the Sleep is Restless, anxious and Stubborn

The sexual: When we dream that we have sexual relations

The most common dreams: 


Fly: To dream that you are flying is the symbol of freedom. They symbolize our inspiration. To dream that you are flying like a bird, it means that you're going through bad times or tough times in your life.

To dream that you can not move or call: That means in real life you have difficulty expressing emotions or feelings.

Falling into the abyss: It means that you are losing control of your life and you have fear of failure also means that you have too many responsibilities and need to get away from them.

Dreaming that you fall teeth: Represents fear of looking ridiculous in your life or in real life and you don't get That feeling That others hear your opinion on a particular subject.

Dream chasing you: That it means you have a panic situation.

CHOCOLATE COULANT

For 4 people

Ingredients 

150 gr. of intense dark chocolate for desserts.
50 gr. of butter.
3 eggs.
1 tablespoon flour.
80 gr. of sugar.

Material

Spoon

Electric or manual mixer

4 molds

Bowl

Procediment

1-Melt 150g chocolate in a water bath with butter

2-Beat the eggs with the sugar.

3-Add the flour with the mixture and beat again.

4-Spread with butter or sprinkle with flour the molds

5-Pour the mixture into the molds without filling it all.

6-Preheat the oven to 260 ° C and then place the molds in the oven.

7-Leave the molds in the oven for 8-9 minutes.

The trick is in the amount of flour and chocolate and  the time we leave the molds. This will keep the chocolate inside the molten mold.

Then we can decorate the mold with icing sugar, A leaf of mint or cream.

MY TRIP TO ITALY 

Last year we went trip to Italy. I think it was in spring, specifically in May.
We had to be in front of the institute very early to get to Barcelona airport.
Meanwhile, at the airport we met a famous football player, that Joel took a picture with him.
It was my first time that I got on a plane and I loved it: the sights, when we landed, the milieu, I was quiet even I listening to the shouts of Dikra hahahaha, she was afraid.

Once we landed we were very excited and visited the tower of Pisa where we took the photo. Then we went to a restaurant where we ate pizza (the best I've ever tasted).
Then we moved to a hotel in Montecatini where we had dinner.

We then moved in one hotel, much better than the other, to Florence during two days. We went to visit the Duomo where we were 3 or 4 hours in queue to enter. Once up there you could see the whole city, it was spectacular.
We visited Pisa, Florence, Rome, Siena and Lucca.
In Rome, we went to visit the Colosseum where a scene of Gladiator was recorded.
One night we went to the disco where Dikra stumbled upon a chain but she recovered.


There was one day that we went to the Vatican City which was the day we were most tired because we could not rest and Marylou it got lost. We also visited the Trevi Fountain.

Before we left my friend and I went to a supermarket to buy food and I took a boat of chocolate that shortly after the cruise we realized that the chocolate was hazel hahahahaha.
On the cruise, we discussed with other travelers Valencia students, were stressful but at night it was fun because we went to the disco.

In conclusion, it was my best trip because we were very close together, we laughed a lot, especially when we had got free time. We met very nice people.

CHOCOLATE

Chocolate is always a relaxing thing to eat whenever you are tired or whatever the case. It is creamy and rich and will always calm my nerves. 

I just love the adrenaline rush of chocolate. It's sometimes soft and gooey, and its awesome!

Its sweet, its sugary and it makes you feel all happy and bubbly inside. Also good for the intelligence

ICE CREAM

You got in a fight with your parents? Your bf just broke up with you? ... Well.. atleast we will always have ice-cream until everything gets better.

I love ice cream so much! It always helps me cheer up and look on the good side every time I'm down in the dumps. My favorite ice cream flavor is Vainilla Cookies ,Strawberry, , chocolate, sherbet, cookie dough... Ice cream is the best thing ever!.

FRUIT

Fruit won't hurt you, fruit is sweet as candy but healthy. And all of them are delicious!

Contains next to no saturated fat and is highly nutritious in terms of the range of vitamins on offer in almost every fruit, it's no wonder that we are encouraged to take on 5 a day to stay healthy. My favourite fruit are the apple, orange , strawberry , cherry and peach.

SHRIMP

It has the perfect texture, it tastes so so good, and it's healthy. It's delicious and my favorite seafood.

GAMES OF THRONES

Game of Thrones is an  adaptation of American. Is a history that show a medieval-like fantasy world with its plethora of characters all struggling in the only game that matters: the game of thrones. And in this game you either win or you die, there is no middle ground.

ONCE UPON A TIME

It's a modern take on fairy tales with a female lead character, Emma Swan, who has moved to Maine. The show revolves around the adaptation of fairytale characters such as Snow White and Prince Charming who have been brought into the real world with no knowledge of their true identities, due to the Evil Queen, who cast an evil spell on the entire land.
