CHOCOLATE COULANT


For 4 people

Ingredients 

150 gr. of intense dark chocolate for desserts.
50 gr. of butter.
3 eggs.
1 tablespoon flour.
80 gr. of sugar.

Material
Spoon
Electric or manual mixer
4 molds
Bowl

Procediment

1-Melt 150g chocolate in a water bath with butter
2-Beat the eggs with the sugar.
3-Add the flour with the mixture and beat again.
4-Spread with butter or sprinkle with flour the molds
5-Pour the mixture into the molds without filling it all.
6-Preheat the oven to 260 ° C and then place the molds in the oven.
7-Leave the molds in the oven for 8-9 minutes.

The trick is in the amount of flour and chocolate and  the time we leave the molds. This will keep the chocolate inside the molten mold.
Then we can decorate the mold with icing sugar, A leaf of mint or cream.
