THE DREAMS


In this entry I wanted to talk about a theme that affects us all: dreams. Not the wishes we want but the dreams of when we sleep.

Have you stopped to think that our dreams have meanings? What can some reality become?
So we'll talk about the types and the most common.

The dreams not only are needed for the body, it is also important for the brain. While nobody knows exactly what makes the brain work during sleep. Classify and store information, reconstruct chemicals and solves problems during sleep.

There are 4 types:

The lucid ones: Are dreams that can be controlled. It occurs when the individual is aware that it is dreaming.

The premonitory: Are visions that we have in the dreams of future events

The Nightmares: It's when the Sleep is Restless, anxious and Stubborn

The sexual: When we dream that we have sexual relations

The most common dreams: 


Fly: To dream that you are flying is the symbol of freedom. They symbolize our inspiration. To dream that you are flying like a bird, it means that you're going through bad times or tough times in your life.

To dream that you can not move or call: That means in real life you have difficulty expressing emotions or feelings.

Falling into the abyss: It means that you are losing control of your life and you have fear of failure also means that you have too many responsibilities and need to get away from them.

Dreaming that you fall teeth: Represents fear of looking ridiculous in your life or in real life and you don't get That feeling That others hear your opinion on a particular subject.

Dream chasing you: That it means you have a panic situation.
