The nightmare is a dream that can cause a restless feeling of chest tightness and difficulty for breathing. 
Can be caused for the stressful situations that we suffer during all the day. 
Also for drugs, psychological trauma and psychiatric problems. But they are often a reflection a delicate situation that we don't want to face us. By not face us them this produces emotional stress that can lead to a nightmare.

You are in danger and you can not even call for help or move to escape. The subconscious could reveal in this case that in real life we have difficulties expressing emotions or feelings.

Falling into the Abyss: On the one hand it may reveal that we feel that we are losing control of our life and that we are afraid to fail. Also that you consider that you have too many responsibilities and you need to move away from them.

TOBACCO PLANTATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES

Thousands of children with 7 or 8 years work in plantations tobacco at the USA .The majority are sons of poor immigrants Latin American.

In the plantations are exposed many hours with contact to the nicotine. They get sick, often with vomiting, headache...

OPINION

This news is one of the four labor problems, I mean, the child exploitation. In addition of that they are very young for to work their work habits do not allow them to attend school. The type of work is a menace for their greetings. Since nicotine is a perjudicial substance.

I am against childish exploitation. I think a minor would not  have to work. Knowing that it is a substance that damages the health, I find it nonsense to consume it while through this work there are children that they work on it  for to make a living.

MY ACADEMIC FUTURE

Hay first say that I'm very glad of share with you this issue, my future academic.

I'm Fatima, I have sixteen and I'm student of first social bachillerat.

Why I chose the social bachillert and not the scientist?

Because the scientist bachillerat it seems to me more difficult for the subjects of biology, physical, chemestry,I mean, I'm not good at numbers.Is more stressful to.

My interest on the course it's  centre on the economy of the company because has relation with the that I want to be when I grow up . Also I'm interest with languges because I like learn languages and I enjoy  talk with people from differents countries.

Me since I was little was one of those girls that it liked the manual arts: draw and paint.

Always during in high school I chose visual and plastic  education like optative. From that time I wanted to study art or design, but I left it because I didn't consider myself creative enough. Later I wanted be an architect, but as I said before, the numbers they are not my potential. Then thinking about my skills, I will dedicate myself in administration of companies.

REVALIDATES OF THE WERT LAW

MY OPINION 

What does the wert law consist of?

They are final evaluation tests that students must face at the end of each academic stage. Only by passing this exam will the student be ascend to the new cycle.

The secondary school revalidation would be done at the end of 4th ESO for can get the tittle and to access at "Bachillerato". The following revalidation will take place after finishing 2nd of "Bachillerato" to obtain the title and to be able to accede to the university.

That is, if I approve first and second bachillerato but the exam no, I will not have the title and I will not to access in university. Is very sad because there are much people that has endeavored for to approve the subjects and they been spent money for the books. And this hurts to the families that not dispose of many riches.

I'm against with the revalidates because with this mechanism they want to expel thousands of young people from humble neighborhoods of the educational system

In adittion,  the PP continues to govern in office without political or legal legitimacy to do so, without compromise with anyone, and defaulting on their electoral promises from minute zero.

WHY THE DEATH IS A TABU?

MY OPINION 

I can’t talk about”Why death is a taboo” without relating it to what is the death.

Death is the abandoned of the connection between our mind and our body. Most people believe that death takes place when the heart stops beating; but this does not mean that the person has died. Simply your soul has to leave this body to go to another place that we still don't know.

So one of the motives that I think that death is a taboo, is because we don't know where we go it, that there are after it and lot more on these questions. We have fear about it and we prefer to not to talk about it. For this, we prefer enjoying the life the moments with family, friend and the new people that we meet.

Everybody knows that someday we will die but we must not hide it. We don't have that feel fear is a stage difficult but it is what makes us mortal.

JUNGLE MARATHON

This news speks about 50 breve athletes from all over the world took part in the jungle marathon. They ran, walked and climbs 254 kilometres on the Brazilian rainforest.

But they had six separate and  challenging stages: 

cross the swamps, the water crossings and steep climbs. Only 31 managed to finish all six stages.

DONALD TRUMP WINS THE ELECTIONS THE USA 2016

MY OPINION

A president is a person who has the highest political position in a country that is a republic and who, in some of these countries, is the leader of the government. So Republican  Donald Trump it's one of them. 

He overcame his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton in the presidential election on Tuesday in the United States, resulting in an unexpected victory after a campaign rife with controversy and scandal.

But really he's a good president?

In a press conferen he said " Sit down and get away, latin journalist",when Ramos, a latin journalist, tried to ask him certain questions about his immigration policy and his obvious and well-known racism. He didn't answer, despised him and finally he expeled him from the conference.

As you can see, he's very but very respectful.

"All Mexicans are rapists and camels","I will ban  entry to any Muslim" I will ban the gay marriage "are a one of the few barbarities that he said. Also he accused one of a woman journalists in charge of directing the first republican debate to attack him personally because of his menstruation. 

Sometimes I wonder if all has done in this campaign was a reality show act, and that he really is a serious,sober, and knowledgeable person. 

So yes, we are  before the success of a rich and a business man that he doesn't have  experience in the politics.

In conclusion, Hillary has the qualities, the experience and criteria to be president of the USA.

The ambition, which in men is a virtue and in woman them is criticized as a defect it's a unfair.

Hillary deserved to won and Trump deserved to lose.

PROBLEMS WITH WET WIPES
